Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Inkori, including its story, character, Creative Bible, manga, picture book, marketplace, AI, and export tools. By creating an account or using Inkori, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Inkori. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must approve your use. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login secure.

2. Your work and ownership

You keep ownership of the stories, characters, artwork, files, and other content you submit. You give Inkori a limited license to host, process, display, and transform that content only as needed to operate and improve the service, provide features you request, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

You must have the rights needed to upload or sell content. Do not submit content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

3. AI-assisted output

Inkori uses third-party AI providers to help generate and analyze creative material. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for someone else. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, selling, or relying on it and for making sure your final work follows applicable law and platform rules.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Inkori to break the law, exploit minors, harass others, distribute malware, bypass security or usage limits, scrape the service, impersonate another person, or create or sell content you do not have the right to use. We may restrict or suspend accounts that create legal, safety, security, or operational risk.

5. Plans, subscriptions, and INK

Paid plans renew until canceled. Prices and included INK are shown before checkout. INK is a service usage unit, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside Inkori. Payments are handled by Stripe. Except where required by law, charges for completed billing periods and used digital services are not refundable. Contact support promptly about duplicate or mistaken charges.

6. Marketplace

Marketplace sellers are responsible for their listings, rights, license terms, taxes, and promised deliverables. Buyers receive only the rights stated in a listing or its license brief. Inkori may collect the platform fee shown during the seller workflow and may remove listings that violate these Terms.

7. Availability and changes

Inkori may change, pause, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We will post material updates here. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Inkori is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Inkori's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Inkori during the 12 months before the claim.
