Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how Inkori collects, uses, and shares information when you use the service.

1. Information we collect

• Account details, such as your email address, display name, username, plan, and preferences.
• Creative content, such as stories, characters, artwork, prompts, canon rules, project files, and marketplace listings.
• Service data, such as feature usage, INK transactions, device and browser information, logs, and error reports.
• Payment and subscription status from Stripe. Inkori does not store your full payment card number.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Inkori, save and sync your work, process purchases, personalize your workspace, generate requested AI output, enforce limits, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve service reliability.

3. AI processing

When you use AI features, the prompt and relevant project context may be sent to our configured AI providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI, to produce the requested result. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information that is not needed for your creative work.

4. Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that operate Inkori, including Supabase for authentication, databases, and storage; Vercel for hosting; Stripe for payments and seller payouts; and AI providers for generation and analysis. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain account and creative data while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the in-app feedback tool or by emailing support@inkori.studio. Some records may be retained where law requires it.

6. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, and managed infrastructure to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use a strong unique password and report suspected account misuse promptly.

7. Children

Inkori is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us so we can review and remove it.

8. Changes and contact
